Gallery Rental Prices (all prices are in CHF-Swiss Franks):​​

Special feature: one parking place (by gallery) is available for CHF 30/per day

No gallery commission is charged for self-organized rentals

The price includes:​

- approx. 70 m² exhibition space with three large shop windows in the city center Zurich (old town, Niederdorf)

- picture rails including hooks

- 5-10 gallery/sculpture pedestals 

- power tracks with ZUMTOBEL gallery lamps (electricity costs are paid by the gallery)

- dishes, glasses, and cutlery set

- coffee machine with coffee cups

- the gallery publishes information about upcoming artist exhibitions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and on gallery website

By arrangement: the gallery can organise the exhibition/vernissage during the exhibition period instead of the artist at the cost of CHF 400/day.

If the gallery organises the exhibition instead of the artist, the securely packed artworks  must be delivered/sent to the gallery, no later than 3 days before the exhibition opens.

If the works are sent to Switzerland by post, all transport costs and customs fees are to be paid by the artist.

After the exhibition, any unsold works must be collected/returned to the artist's address at the artist's expense.

The gallery assumes no responsibility or insurance for the artworks during transport to/from the gallery.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon signing the rental agreement.

The remaining balance is due 3 months before the start of the exhibition.

Check-in/Check-out

Exhibition setup: on Tuesday from 2:00 PM

Exhibition dismantling/clearing:  until Monday evening

 

Contract cancellation/Cancellation policy

Should a booked exhibition be cancelled or postponed for any reason, the following costs will be incurred by the exhibitor:

(The deposit (50% of the total amount) remains with the gallery for organizational purposes)

- Contract cancellation   6-12 months before the exhibition:50% of the total amount payable to the gallery

- Contract cancellation   4-5 months before the exhibition: 70% of the total amount payable to the gallery

- Contract cancellation   1-3 months before the exhibition: 100% of the total amount payable to the gallery

 

Insurance

The insurance of the exhibited objects and paintings is the responsibility of the renters. The gallery accepts no liability.

 

Maintenance

Drilling into the walls/ceiling or pinning pictures to the gallery walls is prohibited. 

The gallery must be handed over after the exhibition period undamaged, without any of the artist's personal belongings, and without any rubbish, and swept clean.
