Present your artworks as part of a gallery group exhibition
Base Prices for 2-weeks Exhibition (plus up to 2 artworks will be stored free of charge in the gallery's storage)
CHF 50 /per work up to 50x50 cm or the two sides together do not exceed 100 cm /small sculpture
CHF 100/per work up to 80x 80 cm or the two sides together do not exceed 160-180 cm/med.sculpture
CHF 150/ per work up to 100x100 cm or the two sides together do not exceed 200-220 cm/med.sculpture
CHF 200/per work up to 130x130 cm or the two sides together do not exceed 260-280 cm/big sculpture
Special Prices
For art school students - CHF 50/ per picture, sculpture
For large-format pictures (from 150 cm width/length) - CHF 300 per picture
Presenting pictures directly on gallery shop windows (3 meters long) - CHF 650 /per shop window
Presenting pictures/sculptures on shop window benches (3m x 1m) - CHF 500 /per shop window bench
Gallery Commission Fee
After a successful artwork sale, the gallery charges a 25% commission from the sales price
Payment Terms
After signing the contract, the exhibitor pays 100% of the invoice issued by the gallery within 10 days.
The amount paid will not be refunded if the exhibitor cancels their participation 5 months before the exhibition.
For cancellations from 6 months before the exhibition, the gallery will refund 25% of the amount paid.
Gallery Services
- The placement of artworks in the exhibition space is determined according to the paid-out options and at the gallery owner's discretion to best implement the exhibition concept.
- Presentation of the exhibition on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and on the gallery's website.
- The gallery will run the exhibition without the artists' presence, according to the gallery's opening hours.
- The gallery may host a Vernissage once every two weeks/month at its own expense. Artists may, if desired, attend the Vernissage and invite their guests and clients to it.
- The gallery will organize the sale of the artworks, package them, and deliver them according to a separate agreement with the buyer.
Further Conditions
- The artist brings or delivers their artworks for the exhibition personally or sends them by mail no later than three days before the exhibition opens.
- Unsold artworks will be collected by the gallery no later than two days after the exhibition opens.
- The gallery does not offer free storage of artworks for more than two days after the exhibition closes. After this period, the gallery charges a monthly storage fee of CHF 300. Artworks not collected within two months will be disposed of or remain the property of the gallery.
Artwork Delivery/Insurance
- Customs duties for deliveries/shipments to Switzerland and all other shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the artist.
- Secure packaging, transport costs to and from the gallery, and insurance for the artworks during transport and the exhibition period are the responsibility of the artist. The gallery is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of the artworks.
